When Tokyo dresses in pink, it’s time to go out and explore
To say that a blanket of pink covers Japan’s capital in spring is not an exaggeration. The usual hustle and bustle of Japan’s clockwork city seems to slow down with the pace of the flowers sprouting around every corner, flooding the city with dreamy pink tones.
The sun lends its warmth, the air is cool and dry, and the people go out and set picnic mats over the grass, and under the pink umbrellas. The spring has come. The beauty is in the air.
